While Muskoka is best known for its gorgeous and rugged natural landscapes, it is also a hot spot for dining out. You and your family or friends won’t be left feeling hungry after visiting one of the restaurants in Parry Sound. There is a good chance you will have leftovers to take back with you to your cabin rental in Ontario.

After a long day of exploring Parry Sound, you will want to settle down for a delicious lunch or delectable dinner. Once you are done touring Massasauga Provincial Park, swimming at Waubuno Beach, photographing the beautiful Tower Hill Heritage Garden, or taking an Eco Tour on the Island Queen, stop by one of these well-loved Parry Sound restaurants to refuel your body and get back to exploring.

Maurizio’s Pizzeria

Dine-in or bring some pizza back to your rental – Maurizio’s Pizzeria is well worth the visit. Since it was founded in 2013, Maurizio’s Pizzeria has been changing the way people eat with their age-old craft of making wood-fired pizza and pairing unique flavors from around the world. Of course, you will get an authentic taste of Italy there.

12-inch meat, vegetarian, vegan, and inferno pizzas are on the menu. A little word of warning: You must sign a waiver at the pizzeria before buying one of the very spicy inferno pizzas, and you will have to verify your age in person.

For those who need to go gluten-free, a cauliflower crust can be made upon request.

If you are not feeling up for pizza, you can order a delicious wood-fired calzone or sandwich. Appetizers range from the Focaccia Romana to yummy garlic bread – all of which are also wood-fired. Pair it up with one of the cold beverages, including an Italian-style soda.
