Booking Your Dream Vacation

Thank you for allowing CottageLINK Rental Management to host your next cottage country vacation! Availability

Our calendars show every cottage, every date available, the rates and amenities, so if you know exactly when you are vacationing, you can check here to see what’s open at that time.  The calendars are updated as cottages are booked, so this is the most up-to-date information. Use the filters to find the right ones.

Booking

At the side of each listing there’s a calendar to check the availability of your chosen cottage.  Put in the dates you want and your total price will show up just below.

Click on the Book Now button, that will take you to our booking form and you can see the breakdown of the rate, and confirm your reservation.

If you have any questions about the cottage or would like to speak to the Account Manager who inspected it, just complete the Inquiry Form, and someone will get back to you very soon.

Details of Your Rental Group

All our cottages carry comprehensive insurance to protect the owners and their guests.  These policies often limit occupancy to a certain number of adults + children and the rental agreement you sign will bind you to keeping within those limits unless specific arrangements have been made.

Make sure you list every person who will be at the cottage during your stay.  If you aren’t sure yet, you can always let us know nearer the time with their names and ages.  This includes day guests as well as those who may stay overnight.

If you choose not to let us know that you have additional guests, you may be liable to additional fees charged per person/per night, and in the event of over-occupancy, subject to eviction without refund.

ADPP (Accidental Damage Protection Plan)

The mandatory ADPP is shown on the price breakdown.  The rate is $7+HST per day and gives cover for up to $2500 of accidental damage that is reported to us during your stay.  You can see more about what’s included here.

Non-Accidental Damage and Excess Internet Charges

We hold a credit card authorization for damage which is not covered under the ADPP and is reported to us by the owner within 24 hours of your departure from the cottage.  This includes damage caused by pets; excessive cleaning costs; damage that was unreported during your stay, and internet overage charges where there are data download limits imposed by the internet provider.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card for the deposit if the vacation is booked more than 45 days in advance.  For reservations of less than a week in duration, or that will commence less than 45 days in advance, full payment will be required on booking.

Final payment can be made by cheque or e-transfer. Details are shown on the statement you receive after booking and paying your deposit. 

We accept Mastercard and Visa – we regret we do not accept American Express.

Terms and Conditions of Rental

You are renting a private home and this brings responsibilities.  The owner has agreed to provide you with a cottage that has been accurately described, and you agree to keep it well-maintained and leave it in good condition according to the checkout instructions on departure.  The Terms and Conditions describe those agreements.
