Inside the cottage, large island and 2 sinks, large gas stove, large fridge, icemaker machine, double oven, ping-pong table, pool table ,downstairs, video game machine, foosball, lots of space, clean and very nice, high end finishes. System on camera around the building. Very nice view looking to the beach from inside. Lots of outdoor seating with nice deck furniture. The large deck needs repair, the deck boards are split paint peeling off in some areas. The deck is unsafe for kids or anyone without shoes, two of us stepped on raised nails and one got a splinter. Propane barbeque has two burners, only half of one works so barbeque was useless to for us to cook on during our stay. The small firepit was rusted right through the bottom so could not use this either. Had to contact owners for Fire Permit which they had not purchased. The shed down by the beach has chairs, inflatable toys, kayaks, stand-up paddleboard and umbrellas . There is 2 decks down by the beach which one has nice lounge chairs and 4 adiondack chairs which the wood was rotting and paint peeling, you are unable to sit in them without a towel or blanket. A nice sandy beach with a few rocks, water is very clear, water temperature in July is quite nice . Outside has recycle bin, garbage bin, and organic bin for the pick up on Monday. Overall the inside of the cottage is very nice with lots of beds and very comfortable. The beach is 150 steps from the cottage with beautiful sun sets every night. This company said that they were unaware of deck repairs needing to be done but it was obvious someone had tried to make temporary repairs which added to the unsafe conditions of the deck. The company was notified of not being able to use BBQ and the treacherous deck and only offered thanks for letting them know about the problems . Someone should look around at these places to make sure they are safe and have all the amenities in working order so renters get what they pay for or compensate them for inconvenience that never should be there in the first place .
