Had a great time

Me and my group had a great time at Sprucehaven! Lovely cottage and grounds. Pros: Rustic cottage-y feel. Many many kayaks, canoes, SUPs, to choose from, and an entire chest of lifejackets and outdoor accessories. Sand volleyball court was awesome. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Linens and towels are supplied, which we’re not used to. Best equipped cottage we’ve ever been to. Fyis and suggestions: Black flies are fierce. The step down from the deck at the lake to the dock is steep and a bit inclined… This could be a safety hazard. Wi-Fi is mostly good but can be spotty. The well water smells badly even for bathing or cooking. If the forecast is warm… Bring fans.
