It's a tough job working for CLRM. Our staff have to visit cottages, test out all the amenities, try out the hot tubs, and sit around the campfire. In summer we ask them to swim and take the boats out. All in the name of research. Then they write a post about their stay, take photos and a video if they can, and are at the end of a phone if you want to ask them questions.
