The cottage is very close to the lake and you can hear the waves all the time, which we found extremely relaxing. The entire property is very well maintained. The lack of water crafts is compensated by the wonderful trail just meters from the cottage. Great view of the lake and sunsets. The right place for a wonderful vacation. Will go back.

After lockdowns and work I was in search of a much needed getaway that would also allow my 2 dogs. Such a beautiful spot with the water 10 feet out the backdoor and an amazing walking, cycling trail 20 feet from the front door. It was a perfect spot for morning dog walks and then sitting by the water for the day. Cottage was so clean, and had everything needed. My heart felt so happy as soon as we walked in, as there was a welcoming hello sign that included us and the pups. I most definately will book this location again. Thank you so much.

This place is a great summer get away. It was a third time renting this cottage and already can’t wait for next year. Cameron lake is great for swimming, the water is beautiful and clear and the trail behind is fantastic. The cottage has everything you could need and if you forget something it’s only a short drive into the adorable town.

This place is fantastic! It was our third time staying there. The location is very close to Fenlon falls, and the cottage itself is right on the water. A very comfortable, well looked after cottage with everything you need for a great vacation. The cottage is pet friendly, well stocked, and very clean. Will be back next year!

Everything was clean and ready to go. lots of room inside and out for visiting. Enjoyed the games in the cottage for all ages. Loved the Book nook . There were books for the baby to enjoy. And yes they were read to him. Sunsets were beautiful.

The cottage was perfect and clean, exactly what we were looking for. We had an amazing week with the best weather ever. Bring your bikes for the trail out back and water shoes for the lake as you can walk in the water for miles but the shells and rocks will cut your feet. The only option that would make it better would be a canoe or Kayak. The sandy entry and dock are fabulous and the cottage had everything you could possibly need.

Just what we were looking for! Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Lots of time spent in the water — loved the sandy bottom and that it was deep enough but not too deep for frolicking in the water. Sunsets were amazing. The location was great! We were able to walk into town (about 20-30 mins depending on where in town you wanted to go.) The trail was gravel and on the weekend there were lots of ATVs — during the week was much quieter on the trail. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We had a great long weekend at this property! The waterfront is fantastic and although it was too cool for swimming when we were there, we brought our kayaks and had two days of wonderful fall kayaking on Cameron Lake. The lake is never too cool for our dog Max and he was up at the crack of dawn each morning staring lovingly at the lake until we finally got up for coffee and let him jump in. The cottage had everything we needed to prepare meals and the kitchen and fridge were clean. There were lots of most cleaning supplies available also. There was only about 2mm of watered down dish soap and a quarter of a roll of paper towel, so we did have to supply our own of those items, but there were lots of clean bath and kitchen towels. There was only a gallon or so of water in the water cooler and although we went in to town to get a replacement jug the store suggested in the cottage book wasn’t open so we just purchased a couple of bottles of water for coffee in the convenience store. On our last day we looked in the closet of the second bedroom (which we hadn’t used) and found extra large jugs of water there, so we didn’t feel too bad that we didn’t replace the jug or leave any. The trail behind the house was great and we enjoyed walking it every day. We would definitely go back!!
