Set within the Northern Lights community just outside Huntsville, this spacious cottage backs onto a peaceful wooded ravine, offering a tranquil setting in every season.
Step inside to find bright, inviting spaces that make family gatherings effortless. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a formal dining room where everyone can come together for meals, board games, and conversation after a day of exploring. Just beyond, the screened Muskoka room overlooks the ravine and provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the birds, or relax with a good book while the kids play nearby.
The living room is the heart of the cottage, featuring soaring two-storey windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase beautiful forest views year-round. Whether you're sharing stories by the fire, enjoying a movie night, or watching the snow fall through the trees, this is a space that invites everyone to gather.
The main floor also features a spacious primary bedroom with a private four-piece ensuite, complete with a soaker tub and separate walk-in shower—an ideal retreat after a busy day of Muskoka adventures. A laundry room and convenient two-piece powder room complete the main level.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom provide comfortable accommodations for children, extended family, or friends. With four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, Whispering Oaks offers plenty of room for families to spread out while still enjoying quality time together.

- Pets are not permitted
- Please note that this property has an indoor camera for security purposes. You’re welcome to unplug the camera during your stay to ensure privacy, but please plug it back in when you leave.
- This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
- Linens are provided – please bring your own outdoor towels
- Garbage and recycling disposal is required
- Post departure cleaning is arranged immediately following your check out time. Please ensure the short pre-departure cleaning checklist is completed and you have fully checked out of the cottage by your departure time to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
- The landscape around Muskoka Hills and within the Northern Lights Community is hilly, please use caution around drops
