The main floor of Twilight Pines is designed for both comfort and elegance. The expansive eat-in kitchen boasts a large table that comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious living room features cathedral windows that flood the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the Muskoka landscape. A large-screen TV provides entertainment options for cozy evenings. The primary bedroom, also located on this level, includes a luxurious en suite bathroom equipped with a full soaker tub, separate shower, and double vanity. For added convenience, the main floor houses a laundry room and an additional four-piece bathroom. Off the kitchen, a large outdoor deck invites al fresco dining and relaxation, while a screened deck area offers a bug-free environment for enjoying the outdoors. - Please note that, according to the municipality’s bylaws, all dogs must be leashed or tethered on the property when outside. Dogs are not permitted to roam leash-free.
- Linens are provided – please bring your own outdoor towels
- Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the departure checklist must be completed
- Garbage disposal is required following departure
- The cottage has a smart TV that will allow you to sign into any of the streaming services you personally subscribe to. Please note, these services will require your personal login information and are not provided
- This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays; Licence # 281-2024 which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests to sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
- 4WD and snow tires are essential during the winter months
- Electric vehicles: No charger, but there is access to an outdoor plug for trickle charge
- Parking: Room for 5-6 vehicles
- Cell signal: Excellent for all major carriers
- The landscape around Twilight Pines and within the Northern Lights Community is hilly, please use caution around drops
