Waterfront
250 ft. of west-facing waterfront with sandy, clear water and a shallow entry starting at approximately 1 ft. deep, gradually deepening to about 6 ft. off the dock. The shoreline offers full afternoon sun and beautiful sunset views from both the deck and dock. The water is generally excellent for swimming, with some natural silt & occasional weeds. Fishing is also available at the dock.Boating

- Waubushene Beaches Provincial Park. Quiet day-use provincial park near Waubaushene with a sandy beach, shallow waters, & natural shoreline. Great spot for swimming, relaxing, shore walks, & enjoying the Georgian Bay setting.(10 mins)
- Big Chute Hiking Trail and Marine Railway. 8.7-km loop trail, moderately challenging, about 2 hrs. Peaceful hiking route where you’re unlikely to encounter many people. Marine railway is the only one of its kind in North America.(15 mins)
- White’s Falls. Scenic waterfall along the Severn River, White’s Falls is a peaceful natural attraction surrounded by forest & rugged Canadian Shield. Great spot for a short visit, photography, & enjoying the surrounding waterways.(15 mins)
- Winter Activities. Mount St. Louis Moonstone 15 minutes away. Ice fishing possible on the lake, ice conditions permitting, snowmobile trails nearby
