Welcome to Sunview Cottage, a bright and charming lakeside retreat nestled in the beautiful Kawarthas region, on Rice Lake. As you enter Sunview Cottage, you'll immediately feel a sense of warmth and relaxation. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with ample space for families to unwind and create lasting memories. The main floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining area, with a primary bedroom and ensuite just off to one side, and two
more bedrooms and a second full bathroom on the other side of the central living area. The entire cottage is bathed in natural light, with stunning views of the lake. A highlight of the living area is a cozy woodstove to gather around during the colder months.
The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances and generous counter space ensuring that whoever is preparing meals and snacks won't miss out on any fun.
For indoor entertainment, Sunview Cottage offers a family/games room in the bright and spacious lower level that guarantees hours of fun. Challenge your family to games or card matches or snuggle up for an evening of movies or your favourite shows on a large-screen TV. This level also boasts 2 newly added bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, as well as a laundry room and a second fridge. There is a walkout to the lawn and the lake beyond.

Waterfront
If you'd like to bring a boat please reach out to CLRM for details. Water is approximately 3' deep off the dock. The lake bottom is a mix of sand pebble and silt. Weed cover varies according to conditions, butit's generally good for swimming.
