Things you need to know:
- This cottage is in the Town of Gravenhurst; Licence #STR-23-051. The Municipal STR Licence restricts the cottage to maximum 8 people at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
- Dogs are welcome
- Please note that, according to the municipality’s bylaws, all dogs must be leashed or tethered on the property when outside. Dogs are not permitted to roam leash-free.
- Linens are provided – please bring your own outdoor towels
- Limited garbage pickup - disposal is required
- Post departure cleaning is arranged immediately following your check out time. Please ensure the short pre-departure cleaning checklist is completed and you have fully checked out of the cottage by your departure time to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
- Watercraft are available seasonally when conditions allow (typically Victoria Day to Thanksgiving, depending on water levels, safety, and weather); refunds will not be provided if conditions prevent use.
- Due to wave action on Lake Muskoka a maximum of one boat may be accommodated at the dock.

- There are some stairs without a railing - uneven surfaces throughout the exterior from the parking area down to the waterfront
Waterfront
There are 75 feet of granite shoreline with a shallow, walk-in entry on the left side of the dock (facing the lake). Water depth increases gradually, reaching suitable depths for cautious diving from the far right end of the dock finger. The bottom is mostly smooth rock with some cribbing from the old dock. The water is clear with no weeds, and there’s good fishing right off the dock.Sun Exposure
