Please note: Permits to allow restoration of the Shoreline have been granted and the stone work to reinforce the shore has begun. This project in addition to a new firepit is estimated to be complete by May 2023. A new dock is also anticipated to be in place by the end of July 2023. While every effort will be made to complete the work as planned, it cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be offered in the event of unexpected delays.
Who is up for a morning dip in a sparkling swimming pool? Then a morning coffee taken on the deck overlooking a beautiful lake. Follow that up with a paddle out on the water and an hour or two of fishing from the shoreline.
End the day with aperitifs in the sun room before the BBQ, and great conversation around the campfire.

Inside this Kawartha Lakes cottage rental you’ll find a light and airy space with living and formal dining areas on the main floor with a sunroom overlooking the pool where you can play foosball or watch a movie. The upper level has a kitchen and dining space with doors to a deck. The three bedrooms are on this floor.

The owners are waiting for a permit to replace the waterside dock which at present is not suitable for use. Please do not walk or sit on the dock. The boats (paddleboat and row boat) can be launched from the shallow put-in to the side of the dock.
Pigeon Lake is shallow and prone to some weed, so swimming from the shoreline isn’t the best. Fishing is great! If you want the beach experience, Emily Provincial Park is less than 10 minutes away. Take a picnic, hike the trails and wade out to swim from the beach.
