Our group stayed over for New Year’s and the following weekend. The place was quite large and easily accommodated our group. Property management company was very responsive, which was important because the day we arrived a winter storm meant that one of our 3 vehicles couldn’t make it up a hill to house. The host arranged alternate parking with another property on new year’s eve, which saved what could have been a tough situation. On the whole, everything was as advertised and we had a great few winter days.

Stunning property set atop a backdrop of Huntsvilles most stunning natural views. House is beautifully appointed and owners have thought of everything to provide the most comfortable stay. Kitchen is well equipped. One of the best places we have ever stayed and we can’t wait to return. Just wonderful.

Perfect place and property to spend good time with family and friends. Beautiful property with all amenities and can accommodate large group. Hot tub , BBQ and fireplace available. Staying here was fun.

This was an absolutely perfect location for a girls weekend away. Tons of space to accommodate our group of 8. I highly recommend this place for a large group. We will absolutely book here again for future gatherings.

Everything was amazing! The property offers all facilities needed for fun and enjoyable stay.I liked the house itself, it had enough rooms to accommodate us. I visited with my husband and friends as well. It was spacious and enough privacy.Overall, this was a good stay for multiple people. We enjoyed the house and its cleanliness.

I had a great experience in this modern newly built cottage. It is clean, well-equipped, and features a hot tub, all in a beautiful quiet location in Huntsville. Host was very responsive and cooperative. I highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful and a large cottage located at a very convenient location, close to huntsville. This property had hot water tub along with bbq which made our evening unforgettable. We were a big group and everyone enjoyed their stay at this luxurious newly constructed property. Owners were very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. 10/10 experience and we will be back soon in summer.

LOVED this luxury cottage! Open concept kitchen was perfect for cooking while chatting with family. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and all the ensuites were such a bonus. Beds very comfy! We had lots of fun with the ping pong table and the hot tub was divine!

I stayed at Muskoka Hills for a weekend in February 2025 with my family. What a great weekend it was! The perfect winter getaway. We cooked and ate in the amazingly well-appointed kitchen, relaxed by the fireplace, snuggled up on the couch to watch tv, played countless games, enjoyed a small Ping-Pong tournament, slept in on the comfortable beds and, of course, enjoyed the hot tub! I wondered how it would be not being directly on the water, but in the winter, it didn’t matter at all. And, we all agreed that it would be the perfect spot for a summer getaway too! Being so close to the many lakes of Muskoka and Haliburton, plus an easy drive to Huntsville for shopping and dining, it truly made for the perfect spot to get away from it all! Our dog LOVED jumping around in the snow like a bunny too! So grateful that such a luxury property is pet friendly.

Bit of a challenge finding the location and CLRM was fantastic providing assistance and directions. Communication was great, beautiful space and we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The place was gorgeous, clean, open and inviting. Loved the see-through fireplace and giant L-shaped sofa. We hit an extra cold week so we loved reading by the fire, making gourmet meals in the well appointed kitchen and sneaking out the back to the hot tub. The cottage had a great neighborhood for dog walks and a fabulous trail ti take our dog and ourselves for a hike. It was only 18 min to downtown Huntsville to get groceries. The beds were very comfy and the bathtub was divine. Such a great retreat to kick off 2025!!
