The heart of the main floor is a double living room, cleverly divided by a two-sided fireplace. On the other side of the fireplace, a more intimate seating area invites you to relax in privacy while still enjoying those captivating views. Things you need to know:
- This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays; Licence # 264-2024 which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
- Pets are welcome, but no heavy-shedding dogs please
- Arrival time is 4:00 pm and departure time is 11:00 am for all stays
- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own outdoor towels
- Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the departure checklist must be completed
- Garbage disposal required upon departure
