Welcome to Jennystone Place, where comfort meets classic cottage charm on the sparkling shores of Wollaston Lake in Coe Hill, Ontario — just a short drive from Bancroft. This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat tells the story of a cottage that’s evolved over time, expanding with care and craftsmanship to create a place where families can gather, unwind, and make lasting memories.
Step through the front entrance and into the original heart of the cottage. Here, a cozy TV room invites you to curl up and relax after a day on the water. A 3-piece bathroom with a large soaker tub offers the perfect spot for a quiet soak, while the adjoining laundry and utility room adds a touch of convenience to your stay. Take a few steps down and discover the fully equipped kitchen — warm and inviting, with new appliances and a small eat-in nook that’s ideal for morning coffee or a quick bite while keeping the cook company. Across from the kitchen sits the fourth bedroom, the only one on the main floor — perfect for guests seeking a bit of privacy.
Beyond the kitchen, the cottage opens into its social heart: a spacious dining room, a great room with a grand stone fireplace, and a lively games room filled with sports memorabilia and a pool table ready for friendly competition. This is where laughter fills the air and evenings stretch long past sunset.
Upstairs, tucked away above the games room, are the primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms, along with a full five-piece bathroom. Each room offers a comfortable, restful space, designed to make you feel right at home while still surrounded by the peacefulness of the lake.
Outside, multiple doors lead to the half-wraparound deck, where three distinct seating areas provide the perfect spots to gather — whether you’re sipping wine under the stars, sharing meals outdoors, or watching the morning mist rise off the lake. Down by the water, choose between jumping in from the dock or wading in from the sandy beach — a gentle, safe entry perfect for children and non-swimmers alike.
At Jennystone Place, you’ll find the perfect blend of luxury, tradition, and lakeside relaxation — a place where every stay feels like coming home.
