Fox Trot features three cozy bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests. A convenient 3-piece main bathroom ensures convenience for all.
The heart of the cottage lies in its inviting living spaces. A well-equipped kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, while a formal dining room offers an elegant setting for family meals. Step outside onto the deck, complete with a pergola and BBQ, where you can dine al fresco amidst the stunning natural beauty of Fox Lake.
When it's time to unwind, the spacious living room beckons with its comfortable seating and picturesque views of the lake. Curl up with a good book or gather around the fireplace for cozy evenings with loved ones.

- Cell reception is intermittent to fair
- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own outdoor towels
- Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
- While you will see boats on the lake, due to restrictions on when they are permitted to launch this property is not suitable for guests to bring boats.

Waterfront
The cottage has a sandy beach. it is possible to wade in the shallow water from the shoreline. The depth from the dock is 5 ft. There are some weeds but it’s generally good for swimming.Close-By Attractions
- Algonquin Provincial Park.Algonquin Provincial Park has 7,635 square kilometres of forests, bogs, lakes and rivers. There are many hiking trails, a Discovery Program, Visitor's Centre, Logging Museum and Art Centre at the Park. (50 mins)
- Arrowhead Provincial Park. 15 km of hiking trails; including a trail leading to a waterfall (Stubb's Falls), rental canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and mountain bikes. (20 mins)
- Santa's Village. It's always Christmas in Bracebridge! Kids will be delighted by this park, full of rides and attractions, and be able to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus too. 60 acres of family fun. (50 mins)
- High Falls Bay Waterpark. High Falls Waterpark is a unique eco-conscious beachfront waterpark in the heart of Muskoka. 1500 ft of sandy beaches on a beautiful private lake and looking directly at three sets of waterfalls, including the magnificent High Falls waterfalls. You can relax on the beach to the sound of the falls, take a boat ride, or enjoy some of the many amenities and services. (35 mins)
- Golfing. There are several courses within 30 minutes from the cottage, including Grandview Golf Club, Huntsville Downs Golf Course, North Granite Ridge Golf Club, and Deerhurst Lakeside Golf Course.
- Muskoka Heritage Place. Muskoka Heritage Place takes you back in time to the 1800's. There is plenty of fun for everyone of all-ages at Muskoka Heritage Place, with a variety of activities that are entertaining, educational, and family-friendly. Ride the steam train, visit the steam museum, meet farm animals, take a school lesson in the 1800's style! (25 mins)
