Built to the owner's specifications ten years ago, this Beaver Lake luxury Kawarthas cottage rental offers comfort, privacy, fabulous waterfront, and a perfect location for the best family vacation ever.
Just imagine the time you will spend lounging on the waterfront terrace taking in the view, while the children play in the tree fort or paddle in the shallow water. Then take a kayak out to explore the lake before watching the sunset from the dock with an aperitif. And of course, before the day ends, enjoy a BBQ and a campfire.
This beautiful Kawartha cottage rental certainly ticks all the boxes outside so come on inside and explore the sprawling accommodation that gives super privacy to two families vacationing together.
The main floor great room is home to a comfortable seating area, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. To the kitchen side are two bedrooms each with washbasin, separated by an adjoining bathroom with a tub.
A study, and light-filled family room, are to the other side of the great room with sliding doors to the sun-drenched terrace.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms. The master with ensuite bathroom faces the waterfront and has its own balcony, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
Beaver Lake is part of a 5-lake chain that spans the eastern Haliburton and North Kawartha regions. For groceries and an LCBO the cottage is equidistant from the hamlet of Gooderham to the north and Buckhorn to the south. Since Buckhorn has a few restaurants in its attractive environs, you could easily enjoy an afternoon out on the waterfront before heading home to another beautiful Beaver Lake sunset.
Just as the owner’s family cherish their time at this cottage, once you’ve experienced it you will probably want to return too.
