About This Cottage
Still Bay Cottages (formally Beauview Cottage Resort) is a small, quiet, friendly resort with five independent cottages, located just 15 minutes south of the town of Huntsville, Muskoka.
The cottages are nestled among the trees located on the lower half of Lake of Bays and offer you a front row seat to lakeside living with 200 feet of waterfront and a 60 foot dock to tie up your boat.
There’s a shallow walk in to the water and great swimming with a slide for the kids to enjoy.
The waterfront is shared among the resort, along with one paddle boat. Each cottage has its own kayak and paddleboard, firepit, and outdoor seating.
The cottages, named after towns and villages on Lake of Bays, are each equipped for a comfortable stay with freshly made beds (no need to bring any linens), Smart TV with unlimited WIFI, gas BBQ, outdoor seating and each has its own paddleboat and kayak.
As the largest cottage, Maple Ridge, has been newly renovated and offers updated and stylish accommodation with fabulous views over the lake and with four bedrooms and one and a half baths on two levels, is a great size for a small group, or two families vacationing together.
The main floor has stunning views of the lake from the windows that span the length of the cottage from the kitchen at one end to the office/reading area at the other. Sliding doors lead to the deck where you will find a patio table and chairs for outdoor dining along with the BBQ.
The master bedroom has a two-piece washroom with the main bathroom off the living area.
The lower level has another two bedrooms as well as a games table to enjoy some good old fashioned board games or cards in an evening.
Although the lakefront is shared among all the cottages there is plenty of it to go around so you’ll never feel crowded. The kids will make new friends – and more than likely you will too!
