We want to match the right guests to the right property – after all, it’s in everyone’s interests to make a good match – so we take the time to do it well.
5 We are open 24 hours a day/365 days a year
We live in a time when people want information instantly – and when they are booking a vacation, they don’t want to leave a voice mail or wait 12 hours for an email to be answered. When you list with us, and someone is interested in booking your cottage, there is always someone at the end of the phone day or night, while our target response time for emails is a max of 2 hours (mostly it’s within minutes).

Our website is great and we are very proud of it. It gets a lot of hits every day.
