About This Cottage

Nestled in a quiet bay where the Mississippi River meets Upper Mazinaw Lake, Brown’s Mazinaw Breeze is a quiet retreat for those who love to explore.

The newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage has all the comforts of home, with a gorgeous view. Ideal for multi-generational family gatherings and those looking to connect with nature and spend time on the water. The bedrooms have a Canadiana feel, with room for luggage and relaxing.

Enjoy the gorgeous water views from the kitchen and sunroom on the upper level and the lower family room, while chatting or playing boardgames. The cottage has central air conditioning with lots of windows to enjoy the lovely bay breeze.

As a 4 Season cottage, it is ideal as a central meeting space for the many snowmobile trails and ice fishing locations in the area!

Outside the cottage, enjoy a side deck with a patio set for dining outside and an area for BBQing .There is a large lawn area, with a firepit right in front. The smaller cottage on the property is Brown's Mazinaw Myst, which is also owned by the cottage owners and may be rented separately as a 3-season cottage.

On the water, swimming is best further off the dock into the bay. There is a main dock with 2 slips, that is shared with the neighbouring Brown's Mazinaw Myst. The slip to the left is for your use with this cottage. Take advantage of the two kayaks or bring along a canoe or boat of your own to paddle around the bay or under the bridge to the large sandy beach, with views of the Bon Echo Rock in the distance. The cottage features a seasonal pass into Bon Echo Provincial Park for daytrips, providing lots to learn and enjoy.

Brown’s Mazinaw Breeze welcomes guests looking to reconnect and enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful setting.
