With four spacious bedrooms, there's ample room for family and friends to enjoy this retreat together. The bedroom configuration offers flexibility for your comfort, featuring two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Additionally, there's a third bedroom that's ideal for another couple or children. The fourth bedroom, located in the lower level's Games Area of the cottage, features a King bed, providing an ideal retreat for teens, older children, or another couple. This variety in sleeping arrangements ensures everyone's needs are met, making your stay that much more enjoyable.

- Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
- Garbage and recycling removal prior to departure is required
- This cottage faces north, with sun on the deck but the waterfront is shady
Waterfront
The water off the dock is sand/pebble, entry into the water is shallow for about 5 feet and then drops off abruptly into approx. 20 foot deep water off the dock. Entry into the water is best done off the dock via a stair case into the water. There are few to no weeds.Close-By Attractions

- Abbey Gardens.This former gravel pit has been transformed into a 300 acre site featuring local food shopping, interpretive trails, heritage breed displays, programming and event spaces, picnic areas, gardens and more! (5 mins)
- Dorset Lookout Tower. Visitors are welcome to climb to the observation deck, which is 142 metres (465 feet) above Lake of Bays, and enjoy the view from the tree-top lookout as well as ground level lookouts. (35 mins)
