Everything you could ever want inside a cottage. Very clean and spacious. We spend a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful deck. The hot tub was a real bonus. We had a great time swimming and fishing in the lake. The location is great. The highway is not far off but it never bothered us. We didn’t get a chance to speak with Bruce but Sandra was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to returning in 2023.

My husband and I and our 22 year old daughter and her husband rented the cottage for 5 glorious days The cottage is gorgeous and has everything you would want and need. The bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, all are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The sunroom is a great treat with a dining table and 2 lounge chairs for relaxation. Every window has a great view of the lake. There is great space outdoors too, the patio is large and has loungers, Muskoka chairs and a great big patio table. There is great seating and view down at the dock too. It was hot and humid, our kind of weather! We spent lots of time outdoors, swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the peaceful water. The cottage is off a main road and we could hear some traffic but it wasn’t too loud. There is also a lumber yard across from the lake but again, it was ok. We visited Boshkung Brewery which we can see across the lake from the cottage and enjoyed beer flights on their beautiful patio. We have stayed in some lovely cottages over the years but this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you Sandra and Bruce for being great hosts and to CLRM for great communication.

Really beautiful cottage. Mirror Lake is small but that helps it become really warm which was great for daily swimming. Hot tub was a perfect finish every day. Plenty of frogs for kids to chase and very curious fish at the dock ladder. Recommended.

This cottage was beautiful and everything we wanted for a Christmas holiday. The owners thought of everything and went above and beyond with Christmas decorations and even dropped off a turkey roasting pan for us. The backyard was great snowy fun for our son, and the hot tub was a big hit. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! A wonderful winter getaway.

Really lovely cottage done to a high standard with everything you need for your stay. Cosy fire place, comfy living and bedrooms, beautiful linens and towels, well equipped kitchen. Very considerate owners provided treats on arrival and craft ideas. The lake is beautiful and glassy still, great dock and canoe / kayaks, and the highlight is the hot tub. The cottage is a walk away from local shops and restaurants, road nearby but wasn’t noisy. We had a perfect weekend getaway.

This house/ cottage is obviously well maintained and living space was great for our 4 generation group. Clean, lovely spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. The one bathroom/ laundry with a step in shower was perfect – a bit of a challenge to organize for a larger group though. Information both before arrival and in the cottage manual were great and the owners were welcoming in their messages and accessible. Part of the group were able to ski right out from the house around the lake with the dogs and the deer were plentiful. Beautiful setting.

We arrived a wee bit early and we got to meet the cottage owners. They are super nice and friendly. They give lots of tips and supply everything you will need. Beautiful water view. Everything you’re looking for. Highly recommended. We had a great time, tons of space for everyone. We will definitely come back here again.

Lovely cottage, lovely setting. Much appreciated that the owners do not charge for clean-up, nor do they ask for a deposit. How nice, they trust us to leave the cottage in the same impeccable shape it was in when we arrived.

We had a wonderful long weekend enjoying the cottage from the hot tub to the screened in porch. For our group, the size of the cottage was perfect. The amenities were great and served all of our needs and more. The cottage was very clean and well organized. Mirror lake is a smaller lake but offers a nice lookout from the many windows/doors
