We LOVE this property. It is beautifully maintained, wonderfully appointed, and conveniently located. We originally booked a quick trip in the Spring. Within an hour of arriving we jumped online and booked it for our summer holiday. This cottage is a large comfortable size and the owners have thought of everything. Bring sheets and some towels for the dock – everything else is there. We also brought a cooler with some steaks for the first night and few breakfast items for the morning. After that there is a Food store 25 minutes away to purchase everything you need for the week. The wrap around deck is wonderful for sitting and enjoying the views or having dinner and breakfast. The kitchen has every pan and appliance you could possibly want to make a meal and then some. The internet works great and it was wonderful having a washer and dryer so we didn’t need to bring many clothes. On one side there is nothing but forest and on the other I only saw the neighbors once when they came to do maintenance. Very nice, peaceful and lovingly cared for by the owners. I would highly recommend this cottage as a rental and know you will love it as much as we did. We hope to return soon. Christina & Jeff.

I can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at The Priory. The cottage and property are immaculately maintained, everything was just so. The dock was lovely – my husband enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Our dog enjoyed swimming in the lake and lounging on the back deck, and I lay beside her on the lounge chairs deep in my books. It’s very easy to find, although google maps told us we’d arrived a few houses up the road. It’s quiet and you can see a beautiful blanket of stars every night! Can’t wait to go back next year with our friends!! 🙂

Spent a week here with my daughter and grandsons. Just a truly awesome, spacious cottage. It was even better than it looked on the website. Heads up to the cleaners as well. We usually rent every year, and my daughter commented that it was the cleanest place she’s ever rented. Only thing I would add though, is if the owner doesn’t intend to put in air, he should at least consider installing ceiling fans in the two downstairs bedrooms, as it can get quite warm in there on a hot day. But other than that 10 stars 🙂

The Priory is a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. The views from the cottage a spectacular, the lake was quiet but not too quiet and the swimming was great.

We have enjoyed an entire week of much needed rest and relaxation at this beautiful cottage. The Priory cottage was just what we needed. It is clean and has absolutely everything you need to have a great time! We can’t wait to go back. We definitely recommend this cottage!!

Everything about this cottage is perfect. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is stunning and the lake is quiet. We had such a lovely week and hope to return next summer.
