Perfect for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts, this year-round getaway offers the best of Muskoka — peaceful lake views, cozy indoor spaces, and endless opportunities for adventure on the water and trails.
Stepping inside, you'll feel right at home. The bright country-style dining room sets the stage for family meals and cozy evenings. The inviting stone fireplace creates a warm, welcoming ambiance during winter getaways, while the games room with a pool table in the lower level is perfect for friendly competition on rainy days or after sunset.

Outside, the property offers a true Muskoka experience — a sandy waterfront for easy swimming, a private dock with classic Muskoka chairs, and a fire pit ready for evenings under the stars. There’s plenty of room to spread out and explore, whether you’re relaxing lakeside, paddling along the shore in the many provided watercraft, or simply soaking in the sounds of nature on the deck.
In the winter, this location transforms into a snowy playground with direct access to some of Ontario’s best snowmobile trails — hop on your sled and explore right from your doorstep!
