It was Serenity! Calm, peaceful, secluded. It had all amenties necessary. To bad the fish were not biting. Gret location to neighboring towns. Very clean and well kept. Nice video library which we added to as well. Would love the opportunity to be welcomed back! (When the fish are biting) The Walsh’s June 17th -24th 2022

Four of us (2 couples) stayed for a week in September and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable. And being at the end of the spit went that it was very private. The view from all rooms was amazing – water everywhere! Our weather was excellent – we only had rain late one night, so we bbq’d every night. The kitchen had all that we needed (never did find the blender, though) and everything worked! A couple things to note – the coffee maker takes #4 cone filters – there were lots there, but take note, just in case. Also, the rowboat and canoe are not the greatest, so if you have a canoe or kayaks I’d bring them. Aside from that, we had a great relaxing time, and would love to go back again! And an extra bonus – I never saw a mosquito all week!

Our family had a wonderful week in the cottage. It is a fishing fan’s dream house. My dad enjoyed So much that he could cast a line just one step out of door. My kids loved the cozy bunk beds, dvd library and the shallow warm water that they can always play in. I love the soothing waves right from the bedroom, the convenience of the amenities and short drive to big city. Will come back next year if we could!

We had a nice and relaxing week at Kozy Korner. The views from the cottage were amazing. Being so close to the water and hearing the waves lapping the shores at night made for a very peaceful sleep! The cottage is well equipped which was handy because it was a bit of a rainy week. The water level is a bit low right now. Bring water shoes to avoid the rocks and zebra muscles. Once you are out far enough, the water is clear and great for swimming.

We had such a lovely time at Kozy Korner and the amenities were fantastic. I’m confident we’ll be back. The biggest advantages are the water views from nearly every room, the shallow warm lake water that made access for kids that much easier, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, and the proximity to Toronto (under 2hrs). There are a few things that may help if you choose to stay: no kayak (limited boating options for 1 person), water shoes are helpful as there are zebra muscles here and there, wifi is limited to 5gb/week, a big water cooler jug is provided (very helpful) but you’ll likely still need to bring a bit extra, there are tons of DVDs + games to choose from, opening all the windows allows for a lovely breeze. Overall, we absolutely loved it.
