Heron’s Cove was fabulous from start to finish. We didn’t want to leave! Lots of sleeping room, the dock was perfect for all afternoon fun. We brought our paddleboards and used them everyday on the beautiful calm lake. This will be a yearly getaway for sure. We already can’t wait to book again. Thank you so much!

Lovely cottage and beautiful, quiet lake. My family have been coming to Heron’s Cove for over 5 summers and we look forward to returning every year.

Our family stayed at Heron’s Cove in late August ’22 and had a great time. The cottage itself was comfortable, cooled down well overnight and stayed cool through the day thanks to good tree coverage. The large dock allowed for lots of space to relax, fish and launch kayaks. Being in a quiet bay was also nice for our young kids (4 & 7) to swim and learn to kayak in calmer, low traffic waters. Maybe best of all was the sun exposure, which let us get the most of our late afternoons and early evenings down by the water.

Amazing property! Lots of space, great kitchen stocked with all of the essentials more. Lots of toys, games and movies. Would rent again, gem of a place

Very nice cottage, the beds were very comfortable. It was a little cool but we were able to go kayaking most days. We enjoyed watching the Loons on the lake.

Beautiful cottage. Clean, bright and spacious. Ate all of our meals on the deck, bugfree in the mosquito netting room. Small sand beach, perfect for our 1 1/2 year granddaughter. Otherwise lake bottom is a bit mucky. Enjoyed the kayaks. Nice lake for canoeing and kayaking. Cottage is on a fairly narrow bay with several other cottages, but neighbours were friendly, quiet and respectful.

Cottage nicely situated. Fairly close to other properties. The little bay where the cottage is located was peaceful with not much motor boat activity (but could hear across the bay yelling at their kids). Good dock, fire pit and deck. Kayaks were great. Kitchen was well stocked.

Thank you soo much for sharing your beautiful cottage with our family. The weather didn’t cooperate but the cottage was very comfortable and offered us a lovely view of the lake and the changing leaves. When the rain let up; we enjoyed nice walks and fetch with our family dog. Our 3 year old was sad to leave and has requested numerous times that we return to the cottage. 🙂 We took advantage of your boardgames, books and your DVD player for those super rainy days. It was just what our family needed. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone. The only thing that was difficult at times was that there were no laundry facility (5 month old blowout problems lol); knowing about it in advance, we brought a washboard and soap which worked great!! We hope to add this cottage to yearly rotation.
