Parking is a breeze here with a horseshoe driveway, making it ideal for unpacking and getting cars out of the way for your week in the sun.
Inside, Hawk's Haven offers a blend of comfort and practicality. The heart of Hawk's Haven lies in its communal spaces. The dining room, overlooked by the upstairs living area, is destined to be the hub of family activities. Imagine nights filled with laughter and games around the table, making memories that will last a lifetime. The adjoining kitchen, equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, ensures that your vacation is free from mundane chores. Downstairs, the basement rec room is a haven for indoor fun, featuring magnetic darts and a basketball arcade-style game. Here, you'll also find practical amenities like a washer and dryer, a freezer, and a variety of lake floaties and water toys.
The main level features a comfortable primary bedroom with its own semi-ensuite, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms: one with a semi-ensuite and the other perfect for two additional guests. This area is a great spot for a couple with two children wanting a bit of privacy from the rest of the family staying in the lower levels. The unique layout of the cottage provides privacy and convenience, including a basement room with an inflatable bed for those seeking their own space. The two living areas offer distinct spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The main seating room, accessed through elegant French doors, welcomes you with its inviting ambiance. The front lawn, overlooking Georgian Bay, features a chiminea for cozy evenings roasting marshmallows under a starlit sky. The smooth, rocky beach, though best navigated with watershoes, offers crystal-clear waters ideal for wading or floating.

- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own outdoor towels
- Small deck by the water – there is no dock or watercraft, there are 2 life jackets
- Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
- This cottage faces east, with beautiful sunrise views
- There is a dehumidifier in the basement that will need to be emptied every 2-3 days, please.
Waterfront
The waterfront is rocky, with a current, and lifejackets are required for safety. It’s possible to wade in a few feet before it drops off to deeper water. It’s mostly clear of weeds in the swimming area.Close-By Attractions
- Bruce Trail. Ideally located if hiking is your passion! The Bruce Trail runs through the Bruce Peninsula from Owen Sound to Tobermory.
- Indian Falls Conservation Area. Hiking trails, including one difficult one that will take you to the 15 metre high waterfall. Please note, that the flow of water is minimal in the late summer and early fall months. The park also has ball diamonds, tennis courts and playground equipment. (10 mins)
- Golfing. Within 15 minutes you'll find 2 golf courses - Cobble Beach Golf Links and Legacy Ridge Golf Course, and several others are within half an hour. Play a round while taking in the spectacular views over Georgian Bay!
- Keppel Croft Gardens. Keppel Croft Gardens features four acres of award-winning gardens, a nature trail, an arboretum, and Keppel Henge. (15 minutes)
- Centennial Park Beach. Considered a hidden gem by many locals, Centennial Park is hidden off the edge of picturesque Grey Road 1, and has a beach and picnic area. (10 mins)
