If fabulous westerly views, a sand beach, plenty of watercraft to explore the river and lake, and an amazing cottage, are on your wish list, you've found the right spot. And if that's not enough, the outstanding swimming, boating and privacy should convince you that this is a truly exceptional luxury cottage rental!.
This gorgeous property sits on a point of land, with the Beech River idling past the dock into the mouth of Boshkung Lake which offers outstanding sunset views from the line of Muskoka chairs facing west, or the campfire ring alongside.
This is the cottage vacation dreams are made of, so sit back and scroll through the photos and 3D video to see where you'll all sleep, hang-out in the morning, evening and well….any time of day, even if the weather doesn't play nice.
Inside the cottage, the accommodation is on two levels with entry into the kitchen and living room area, with a beautiful sunroom offering dining and lounging space. A hallway to one side leads to three bedrooms - two with lake views - and a bathroom.
The wing to the other side has another spacious bedroom overlooking the lake and a further bathroom off the hallway.
On the lower level, games and entertainment lead the way with comfortable seating, an extensive DVD library, and card table. The propane stove offers warmth and ambiance on cooler evenings.
A double-bed room and full bathroom round out the accommodation downstairs.
The location of this cottage could not be better with a brewery, restaurant and bakery less than a 5-minute drive away in the village of Carnarvon. Another 10-minutes will bring you to Minden for larger grocery stores, a delightful riverside atmosphere with restaurants and independent local shops, and of course - Kawartha Dairy for the best in ice cream.
The area abounds with golf courses, walking trails, and opportunities for country drives winding around beautiful lakes and waterways.
This cottage is a gem, so plan on making your memories here.

On the lakeside a small beach area in front of the lakeside patio also has a shallow walkout gradually deepening. There is hard sand with some rocks and small stones here so water shoes are recommended.Close-By Attractions
