We loved this place! My husband and I and our well behaved Vizsla rented this cottage in August 2022. It was everything we expected and more. Great value. Clean, new finishes and very well Maintained. We loved the view, waking up to the sunrise and being able to kayak out to the bay to watch the sunsets. The small “beach” area was perfect for us and our dog who likes to play in the shallow water. The steep hill down to the beach may be daunting for some but we liked the exercise we got from it! We brought a small dingy with us which was easy to launch right down the road at the Nobel public boat launch. We kayaked around the island to the south (Huckleberry) and went through the famous “hole in the wall” which was quite beautiful. You can even climb up and do cliff diving there if you dare! This cottage has all the comforts of home and more. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place inside and out- views are incredible. Quiet lake and community. We saw several deer in the area which was a great experience.

This cottage was incredible The view on the deck over seeing water, BREATH TAKING. The cottage very clean and modern. Will be booking here again in Future. Any other place, will be hard to compare. Thank you for making our vacation of great memories. Christine Jamieson

This cottage is more then incredible It’s breath taken. We will have a hard time renting somewhere else in the future. It will be so hard to compare. The view alone, there nothing like it from their deck outside. No complaints Will rent in the future for sure. Haven’t left yet, we already know we will Miss this place. 10 out of 10 Absolutely Gorgeous To next time.

Sometimes renting online can be a bit sketchy. The pictures displayed don’t always portray the exact reality of a rental. (I am being discreet.) But it turned out our discovery of Bay Breezes last Sunday was more than we had expected. Here goes, our favourite things in no particular order… THAT FIREPLACE – its clever design and heating capacity that made for such cozy evenings through a very cold week. THAT SOAKER TUB – transport to heaven with each soak. Not to mention the gorgeous vistas due to the home’s location on a point of land above the bay. It is a jewel and we plan to rent it again come October. Thank you for the pleasure it provided us.

Updated and comfortable. Lovely views. Family of common loons have provided my best memory. Kids enjoyed jumping into the deep water off the deck.

We have rented many cottages, and this is by far our favourite. It has been recently renovated, has large rooms and lots of space to spread out. Being on a point, there are 180 degree views. The path to the lake is paved, but steep. There is a nice sitting area down there and a great dock. The water is very deep with a small shallow entrance. The kayaks were nice to have (one single, one tandem), but be mindful of the wind. It can pick up quickly! We would love to explore the shores of Huckleberry Island on a calm day. Next time. Nice hiking trails at Killbear Provincial park and in the town of Parry Sound. A great cottage, with great views. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Beautifully renovated with quality modern finishes. All the luxuries you need for a relaxing time away with family and friends. The views from this property are stunning. Clean calm water off the dock. Cottage rental perfection!
