Would not recommend this cottage till all issues investigated and repaired.

Savvy By The River is in a great location, great views, fishing, canoeing on surface cottage looks great multiple health and safety issues toilet not functioning – when plunged, liquid backed up into sink black mold on wall between shower and toilet, lights flicker, with hydro loss when on, only 1 cottage exit works, bunkie has no working lock. Would not recommend this cottage till all issues investigated and repaired. We reported issues to CLRM, they passes on to owners, Owners chose not to respond!!
