Fun, adventure and relaxation

A relaxing and peaceful get away from it all… The cottage is charming and practical…the hosts catered to our needs….when guests arrived, they proactively provided table extension and table cloth…. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the fresh air that surrounded us. The relaxing sounds of Lake Huron’s waves rolling onto the shore was very tranquil!! All kitchen amenities were supplied and we were not left wanting for anything… The Beach is long and wide and we enjoyed many walks!! ( I would have given a 5 star rating but the water is rocky, water shoes are a must!!!) The sunsets are spectacular!! Kincardin is a pretty town….we enjoyed the pier, go carts and some restaurants…we ended the vacation with a sunset cruise from Kincardin harbor… Kincardin is close to many other towns…..we took our friends to Sauble Beach….45 minutes away. While we were here, we decided to drive 2 hours to Tobermory and explored Bruce Peninsula Park and the Grotto….spectacular…. We had a good mix of fun, adventure and relaxation while enjoying all the beauty that Lake Huron provides!! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation
