Cedarwood beautiful sunsets

Private lakeview, west facing cottage, lake access off dock, sufficient linens, good fridge, oven and BBQ and paddleboat with lifejackets. Double beds comfortable. 18 litre water dispenser provided (refills in town at Lakefield Home Hardware) Poor supply of dishes ( no small cups or bowls) and cutlery (only 2 steak knives), cottage was not prepared on arrival, we had to mop floors, clean outdoor furniture, cottage temperature inside was 30 degrees. Used large fans in each room. Shower works well. Toilet paper for septic provided. This cottage has really good potential but this experience was very frustrating for the rental price. Great location with access to Curve Lake reserve, Trent canal locks, Lakefield, Buckhorn, Burleigh Falls, Peterborough to name a few. Love the area, please pay attention to the amenities to make it more enjoyable for renters.
