The online booking process when guests are on the website.
Visitors to the website are able to get a quote for a rental period and make an online reservation while providing a credit card number for holding the property. This online booking will immediately show on the listing calendar as a reservation, however, is not confirmed until we have manually checked the booking details and screened the group.
If a rental group does not pass our screening process we will not permit them to reserve a time at your property and the hold on the rental period will be removed.
During a business day, this process should not exceed 3 hours and is often done within minutes of a booking being made.
When a booking is made on an evening or weekend, the turnaround time for confirming may be up to 12 hours.
