We inspect all our properties before we accept them into our rental programme to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness, facilities, and owner responsiveness, and at regular intervals after that. However, we feel it’s important to experience first-hand what it is like to stay in a property; to sleep in the beds; cook in the kitchen and relax in the living space. This way we can bring you our personal perspective on being a guest in the cottage. After we’ve stayed, the owner gets a report that highlights anything we feel they could improve upon, and ask them to let us know when the upgrade has been done.
