I've signed the agreement, but now I can't change the form, why?
How do I return the agreement to you now that I've signed it?
Where do I go to see the Agreement I have signed?

What is an Interactive Agreement?
An Interactive Agreement, or Contract, allows companies or individuals to transmit agreements and contracts in HTML format. The recipients can then initial and sign off received documents and return them by email in a secure environment, thereby protecting the information contained within the document.
Why do I have to set up a user name and password?
Once you have received an electronic agreement to sign, you will be asked to register your user name and choose a password to verify you are the person authorized to execute the document. The easiest way to setup a password is to click on the area that asks you to “Sign Here”:
Click on the “Register” button.
You will be asked to provide your name and password.
You will also be asked to choose a personalized security question to assist you if you ever forget your password.
Are digital/electronic signatures legal?
Yes, electronic/digital signatures carry the same legal weight as wet ink and comply with the Electronic Signatures in the National Commerce Act, the Uniform Electronic Commerce Act and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Is the information I provide safe while in transit?
All documents are encrypted via 128-bit SSL 3.0 and run through the SHA-256 algorithm. This is a system many banks use and ensures safety and privacy of information while in transit to us.
