For cottage renters, we may inform the cottage owner as to who will be occupying their cottage, their names and their ages. We do not share this information with outside parties. This information is used for the purposes of renting a cottage specified on the rental application. If we have trouble processing an application, this contact information is used to get in touch with the renter.

We use email addresses to answer the email we receive and to keep . Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Once again, IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
