Booking a cottage is easy - you just need to follow a few simple steps as outlined below:
STEP1
Check the availability of your chosen cottage on the Calendars
STEP 2
Complete and submit the Rental Application after you've read the Notes . These explain why we ask for all the detail and information on the form
STEP 3
A electronic Rental Agreement will be emailed to you along with our Terms and Conditions of Rental. We will place a hold on the property for 24 hours.
STEP 4
Follow the instructions on the Agreement and digitally sign where indicated within 24 hours of receipt.
STEP 5
Once full payment for the reservation is received, we will send an information package with directions to the cottage, access details, and additional useful information for your vacation.
The reservation will be held for 24 hours from the time the Rental Agreement is transmitted to you.
We require a 35% deposit if the booking is more than 45 days away, or full payment if it is less than 45 days. Full payment is required on booking for all weekend and long weekend reservations. A $55 + HST booking fee with be applied.
