Located just an hour north of Ottawa, it's an easy drive to this delightful lake and superb cottage. The owners have designed and built the cottage to their own specifications and the result is a spacious, light filled home with many unique features. Lots of wood, ceramic tile, stone and well chosen furniture make this a very special place.

The main floor has a large sitting room with a fireplace leading into a dining area and well equipped kitchen. A wooden staircase leads up to a delightfully furnished, mezzanine master bedroom. An additional sitting area with a further fireplace has windows overlooking the deck and lake, with a door onto the deck. A bathroom with large bath tub adjoins the living room.

Stairs from the living room go down to a hallway off which are four bedrooms, and a bathroom. The spacious sunroom with 6- person hot tub, ceramic floors and wicker furniture is reached via another set of stairs in the second sitting room. All in all, a generous amount of accommodation for relaxing, eating, sleeping and just plain enjoying!

Outside, attractive gardens at the front with barbecue, firepit and sitting area complement the beautiful lakefront and dock area on the other side of the property.

This is a truly outstanding location for enjoying the wonderful Outouais and Laurentian regions. With Mont Tremblant just an hour away, and Montreal one and a half,, the opportunities for exploring this beautiful part of Quebec are varied and plentiful.
