We are delighted to present another great cottage close to all the winter and summer activities Mont-Tremblant and the Laurentians offer. On three private acres Balsam Cottage is an 1865 pioneer cottage fully renovated to retain its wonderful character yet offering modern conveniences with a new kitchen and appliances. A new addition (completed May 2010) added 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms and mezzanine, with large windows and beautiful pine floors throughout.

Overlooking peaceful Lac François, the cottage has attractive lawned gardens with displays of perennials adding colour to the summer presentation. Relax in the Muskoka chairs by the water and dream away an afternoon, or exercise with a fishing rod off the end of the dock. We can imagine how idyllic it must be to sit and watch the sun go down after a day spent exploring the area or hiking in nearby Mt Tremblant Park.

This peaceful paradise is centrally located, only 10 minutes to St-Jovite, 12 minutes from the north slopes of Tremblant and Mont-Blanc, 7 minutes from the cross-country ski trail network, and 20 minutes to Mont-Tremblant National Park.

We will be personally visiting and staying at this cottage in December and will be posting a video and our first hand experience after our stay.
