Families with small children will love this location with its sandy beach and shallow walkout into the waters of Roberts Lake. It’s only minutes from Parry Sound so shopping, eating out and entertainment is a short drive away.
This privately located cottage is neat, comfortably furnished and well equipped for a small family. The economical layout makes the most of the space with a kitchen leading into a living/dining area with picture windows overlooking the deck and lake. Doors lead from the kitchen and lounge to the wrap around deck which has patio furniture and a barbecue. To the rear of the cottage are the three bedrooms and bathroom.
There’s a good expanse of lawned area for play, along with a horseshoe pit, making this such a great place for a family holiday. For added interest, the Parry Sound airport is fairly close by so you will also see a variety of light aircraft during your stay.
Roberts Lake is a few minutes off Hwy 69 so this is a good vacation choice for those who don’t want to be too far off the beaten track. There’s lots to do in Parry Sound from taking a trip on the famous Island Princess for a 30,000 island cruise, to events at the Charles Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts and the Bobby Orr Hall of Fame. |
