Located on the outskirts of Huntsville, Valley Breeze is close to the ski resort of Hidden Valley and a walk away from beautiful Peninsula Lake. Nestled in amongst trees on a quiet road, this is a private and quiet location.

The interior of the cottage is well furnished and equipped for a vacation at any time of the year. On entering the main door, a hallway leads ahead to the living area, and to the right to the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a mudroom for storing skis and winter clothing. The kitchen is well-equipped for a group of six and has a breakfast bar with stools. A side door leading to the patio area is located between the ktichen and dining area which makes trips out to the barbecue easy; summer dining can take place outside in the screened gazebo, or at the harvest dining table in the fall and winter.

The living room has a propane fireplace and a comfortable sectional sofa; steps up from this lead to pleasant area with relaxing chairs and a reading lamp. Further steps take you to a loft area that overlooks the kitchen/dining area and has a double futon.

The chalet is ideal for the golfing and winter sports enthusiasts with Deerhurst Resort and the Delta Grandview ‘Mark O’Meara’ Golf Course just minutes away. For the winter sports stars, Hidden Valley Ski Resort is on the doorstep, Rock Ridge Park in Huntsville offers year round tubing fun, and cross country skiing at Arrowhead Provincial Park is just a 20 minutes drive. To the east along Hwy 60 is the entrance to Algonquin Park where you'll find hiking, biking and canoe opportunties for spring, summer and fall.

Waterfront

There is access to the beach on Peninsula Lake which is open to Hidden Valley residents only. This is a sandy, shallow waterfront and is a 7 minute walk or 2 minute car ride from the chalet.
