Many will never know the hidden beauty of the crystal clear sandy shores of eastern Lake Simcoe or the breathtaking sunsets viewed over the vast expanse of Canada’s 4th largest lake. You could be one of the many who fly by Beaverton, on Hwy 12, heading north into more traffic and delays, or one of the few who get to enjoy the tranquility of Sunset Paradise.
Sunset Paradise is a well-appointed property, just north of Beaverton, that is westerly facing on approx 1 acres of grassy gardens. Its 140ft of water frontage provides great access into the sandy/pebble mix shoreline either walking out from the shallow entry or jumping off the end of the dock. Memories are made in locations like this, especially when watching the sunset while sitting on the end of the dock, as the aroma of the barbecue drifts on the warm evening breeze.
The large deck and hot tub on the west side of the property are perfectly situated to view the lake and the gardens as well as the incredible stars at night, far away from the light pollution of the city.
Inside Sunset Paradise the owners have ensured the furnishings are of the highest quality with comfort in mind. The leather couches are ideal for relaxing in front of the flat screen TV, or just chilling out while the cottage chef puts the finishing touches to the latest meal cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The large custom dining table will seat ten for meals or card games in the evening.
The four bedrooms are on the same level and together with a small bathroom, complete the accommodation inside the cottage. Outside, there is a large Bunkie with a queen bed.
We loved the huge lawned gardens, the beautiful views, amazing waterfront, the hot tub, the comfortable living room………in fact everything!
Within a short 1.15hr drive from Toronto, sunset Paradise is the perfect property for weeks away in the summer or short weekend breaks in the off season.
So pack the overnight bag, fuel up the car and with a few clicks of the mouse, you can be just up the road but at the same time a whole world away in your own piece of cottage country paradise.
