The upper level holds 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as kitchen living and dining areas. A laundry room with frontload washer/dryer completes the level, which would be an entire cottage on its own! This level is the more "elegant" of the two, and if you are looking to prepare and serve something of a gourmet flavour, you will find the facilities more than up to the task. Stainless steel appliances and an island grill, along with two ovens, would be the envy of many a chef. French doors reveal a wood-accented formal dining area that seats 6 in style. More casual dining is available on this level with a lake view, and of course, you will want to enjoy many a meal on the deck. The wall mounted flat-screen television is placed for convenient viewing from the living, kitchen and dining-nook areas. A wood stove adorns the living area, should you find evenings getting cool.
There are three elegant bedrooms and 3 baths, including one with a soaker tub and wall-mounted TV that allows you to lie in a comfortable bath while enjoying a movie or your favorite "soap" opera.
The lower level offers a beach house feel in classic surroundings. A family room with seating for large groups around a fireplace and entertainment centre is perfect for gatherings at any time. An office space is available for those who need to do a little telecommuting (or those who can't resist the urge to tweet about the great time they are having). Dining tables for 8 and 4 people complement another fully equipped kitchen. 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry room round out the lower level.
Other accoutrements one would expect are here, such as air conditioning and internet access and a natural gas BBQ (no running out of propane here!).
A stone breakwall separates the lawn from the lake, and the water is shallow and stays fairly shallow for a while, being waist-high about 30 feet from shore - great for the waders in your group. A canoe is available for your use, along with various life jackets. Caution is always advised with smaller craft on the lake, as sudden storms can create large swells. It is recommended that excursions remain fairly close to shore. If you wish to bring or rent a larger craft, it can be launched for a small fee at the nearby Innisfil Beach Park.
