This lovely cottage benefits from a sandy beach and a fabulous westerly outlook on Belmont Lake - the sunsets are spectacular! With four bedrooms and two bathrooms over two levels, the accommodation allows for privacy for families vacationing together.

The sandy beach and shallow walkout stretch the length of the property which faces west across lovely Belmont Lake and the cottage is surrounded by trees giving a lot of privacy. The cottage is located in a sheltered bay so swimming is safe in the clear waters. Take the canoe out for a paddle and explore the Crowe River as it flows down to the dam. Boat rentals are available at the Belmont Lake Marina if you want to explore more of the lake or want to have a day fishing. If you bring your own boat, you can launch it on the property.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a traditional layout - a hallway spans the front length of the cottage with a library/games room and a queen bedroom at one end and the kitchen at the other. A separate dining room and living room are on the lakefront side with with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. A further bathroom is off the library. The recently renovated kitchen is large and has a full range of modern appliances.

A newly finished deck is accessed from the living room and has outstanding westerly lake views with plenty of lounging and sitting furniture for you to enjoy the outlook at any time of the day. There are lawns and a good amount of play space for children to both the front and rear of the cottage. Of course, the sandy beach and shallow walkout to the water are what will attract the children, and parents can sit at the water's edge to keep and eye on them as they enjoy splashiing in the warmth.

There’s lots to see and do in this lovely area. Provincial Parks, plenty of hiking trails, and pretty riverside towns and villages, will keep the country explorers happy, while the sunsets, great swimming and the opportuntiy to simply relax may just keep you at the cottage. Whatever your particular country activity there is something for you here.
