The waterfront of this cottage offers something for everyone. Over 300 feet of shoreline with a sandy beach with shallow walkout for the youngest; diving off the dock for the active; and a rocky outcrop to overlook it all from the hammock or the Muskoka chair for the oldies. Oh, yes, and there's a great cottage too!!

There'll be no boredom here on this one acre property, with hiking trails close by, a level lawned area for ball games and horseshoes; a pedal boat and canoe for exploringing the lake, wonderful fishing; safe swimming in a sheltered bay; a firepit for marshmallow roasting, and a cedar sauna for relaxing at the end of the day. This is a pet friendly cottage, so as long as your furry friend is well behaved bring him or her along too. And with plenty of hiking trails and walks in the nearby woodland, they will get plenty of exercise

The cottage is comfortable throughout with three bedrooms offering sleeping accommodation for up to six adults plus two additional children. Dining will be a convivial experience in a room decorated with family memorabilia and a wall of photos. The owners hope their guests will add their own vacation pictures to the collection too! The brand new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances is a delight if you should stay inside and cook and, if you are looking to cook outside, there's a great barbecue on the newly built deck.

For lounging around inside there's satellite TV, loads of board games, a dart board, a delightful crib table and a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. Outside there's so many different spots to sit, lie down, run around and chill out, that you'll be spoilt for choice.

The nearest town - Bancroft - has gift stores, restaurants, supermarkets and a delightful riverfront as well as being known as the 'Mineral Capital of Canada' hosting an annual 'Gemboree' each August.
