This neat cottage benefits from spectacular views of delightful Gunter Lake, additional accommodation in a bunkie and plenty of grassy areas for play. We think it's a great location for a small family wanting a get away from it all vacation.
Although there is another cottage to one side, there's lots of privacy when sitting on the deck or dock, where there are no visible neighbours. The small beach has shallow, hard sand entry to the water and there is deeper water from the dock for swimming.
Inside, the cottage is bright and light-filled with windows on the lakefront side offering great views of the lake. The large and modern kitchen has updated appliances and overlooks the living and dining areas which makes this a convivial space for family gatherings. Sofa beds in the living area offer additional sleeping space. One of the bedrooms is a former sunroom so has a private door to the deck and has a double bed; the second bedroom has twin bunks. The bunkie is ideal for teens to have their own space and has a set of bunk beds.
The deck is very private and steps from it lead down to the water with a smaller lower deck with Muskoka chairs for relaxing and watching the action on the lake. A firepit is located to one side of the cottage for roasting marshmallows and spending those memorable evenings around the campfire.

There is grass to the shoreline where there is a narrow stretch of gravelly sand and a hard packed sandy and shallow walkout into the lake. The dock is accessed from the steps off the deck.
