Crown land to one side of the property gives additional privacy.
The patio features a 6-person hot tub. Enjoy an evening soak under the stars as you watch the twinkling lights from cottages around the bay, then light the campfire to round off the evening with toasted marshmallows.
The large dock has Muskoka chairs for sitting out and taking in the wonderful water views. With a swim ladder conveniently located on the dock, entry to the water is a breeze too.
Rounding out this delightful package is a pedal boat, row boat and canoe to enjoy the waterfront to the fullest. Of course, the fishing is pretty good too.
Fenelon Falls is a great little town for exploring with waterside walks, restaurants, shopping and art galleries. A little further afield is Lindsay for bigger town shopping, concerts and other an array of summer events.
