Christian has appeared on the Food Network and has two television series under his apron, for which he was nominated for a National Impression Award.  When Christian isn’t busy satisfying his numerous customers throughout Ontario with his catering/event business, Bistrolicious, he can be found running his cooking school for a multinational corporation, hosting Iron Chef competitions at Harbourfront Centre, consulting on food festivals, emceeing special events or traveling the world searching for his next excuse to cook.
